All Guests are required to have a Valid Credit Card on file at the time of Reservation Confirmation. A Salon Coordinator will contact the Guest to confirm their Reservation.

When scheduling online please make sure you have scheduled for all services you need in your upcoming reservation. Incomplete scheduling may leave us with a time shortage for unscheduled add-ons. For example, If scheduling color, be aware, there is only enough time allotted for color. So, if you need a toner, highlights or blow dry and did not schedule we will be unable to perform that add-on service later.

After purchasing your Groupon, please call to schedule your appointment with our Salon Coordinator.
GROUPON is for the first-time Guest ONLY and will be honored once per 12-month cycle.
A Complimentary in Salon Consultation is required for all Guests purchasing a Chemical Service via GROUPON. Please call the Salon at 832-641-6582 to coordinate a Complimentary Consultation time.

Reservations for Chemical Services (i.e. Balayage, Highlights, One-Step Color) will not be confirmed until after a Complimentary Consultation has been completed.
Cancellation policy applies to all Groupon Guest Services.
Please understand that when you cancel your Reservation without providing sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that Reservation time and Guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.
24/48 Hour Confirmations
Beautybyumar.com understands how easy it is to forget a Reservation you scheduled months ago. Reservations are confirmed via text message and email 24-48 hours in advance. Since the service time is reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply. The credit card that is on file will be charged.
If you are not receiving a Confirmation notice or if your phone number changes please let us know. We will update your information in our Guest database.
